1. Payment Terms
Payment is due within [30] days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge on any outstanding balance. Accepted payment methods: cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

2. Service Completion
All work has been completed according to industry standards and the scope agreed with the customer. Surfaces will be cleaned to the best achievable result based on their age, condition, and material limitations.

3. Surface & Material Liability
Power washing uses high-pressure water, which can expose pre-existing damage, wear, or paint deterioration. The company is not liable for:

1) Pre-existing conditions or damage

2) Loose siding, peeling paint, oxidized surfaces, or failing seals

3) Grout or mortar dislodgement on aged masonry

The customer acknowledges that surfaces may react differently depending on age and condition.

4. Stains & Results Disclaimer
While every effort is made to remove stains, some contaminants—including rust, oil, mildew, algae, and deep-set organic staining — may not be completely removable. No guarantee is made that all stains will be eliminated.

5. Water Access & Utilities
The customer agrees to provide access to water outlets, electricity (if required), and any necessary property access for the service to be completed.

6. Property Protection
Customers must ensure that all windows and doors are closed, and that fragile items, vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal belongings are moved or protected prior to service. The company is not responsible for damage caused to items not removed or protected.

7. Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or freezing temperatures. The company will notify the customer as soon as possible if rescheduling is needed.

8. Disputes
Any concerns or service disputes must be reported within 72 hours of job completion. Rework will only be considered for issues directly resulting from the services provided.

9. Governing Law
The services provided are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
